1C Support Specialist

We're growing our IT team and looking for a 1C Support Specialist (Analyst-Developer) to own Tier 1–2 support and development for our internal 1C systems, including reporting, integrations, and database configuration. Our ideal match has hands-on 1C experience, understands cross-system integrations and accounting fundamentals, and is ready to relocate to our office in Montenegro.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle Tier 1–2 support tasks for 1C users
  • Support the preparation of company reporting
  • Develop external processing modules and reports
  • Make changes to the current database configuration
  • Configure integrations with external systems
  • Participate in business process automation projects

Your Experience & Skills

  • Experience working with 1C as a junior developer, support specialist, or analyst
  • Understanding of and experience with cross-system integrations (API, web/HTTP services, XML, JSON, exchange plans)
  • Understanding of client-server interaction; experience developing on both managed and regular 1C forms
  • Knowledge of the 1C query language
  • Understanding of 1C platform architecture: reference data (master data), documents, registers
  • Basic understanding of accounting or management accounting principles
  • Willingness to handle accounting tasks independently and assist users
  • Ability to communicate calmly with users and explain technical matters in plain language
  • Attention to detail when working with tickets, data, and database changes
  • Willingness to get up to speed on the company’s business processes
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with UPP 1.3, BIT.FINANCE
  • Experience supporting non-standard 1C configurations
