CRM/Retention Specialist

We're on the hunt for a CRM / Retention Specialist for our client. We need a strong hands-on practitioner — someone who's stayed close to day-to-day campaign execution, hasn't lost touch with user data and cohort analysis, and knows how to turn customer journeys into high LTV from the inside.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze the customer base, identify new behavioral cohorts, and uncover actionable insights to drive LTV and decrease churn rate.
  • Map and rebuild customer journeys based on real in-product actions (onboarding drop-offs, blockers before key actions, drop in engagement, churn risks)
  • Craft tailored value propositions addressing specific user pain points
  • Set up, launch, and optimize automated cascade communication flows
  • Continuously run experiments on subject lines, value propositions, trigger conditions, and timing
  • Measure the direct impact of communications on business metrics
  • Create clear technical requirements for designers, copywriters, and dev teams (tracking custom user events, balance states, transaction statuses). 

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM / Retention Marketing in high-transaction environments (experience in FinTech, Crypto, or iGaming is a strong plus)
  • Hands-on experience with cohort analysis, RFM segmentation, Churn Rate, and LTV
  • Ability to back every decision with solid data and clear hypotheses
  • Ability to pinpoint friction points in the user flow and resolve them through relevant, high-impact messaging
  • Proven track record working with modern CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Self-driven approach to testing, scaling, and managing workflows independently.
