Financial Operations Specialist (1C/Excel)

We're on the hunt for a Financial Operations Specialist (1C / Excel) for our client. We need a detail-driven practitioner — someone who's stayed hands-on with daily reconciliations, hasn't lost touch with deep transactional datasets, and knows 1C logic and advanced Excel inside out to keep balance sheets spotless.

Main Responsibilities

  • Cross-check internal platform data against bank and payment provider statements; identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies
  • Record daily cash flow transactions in 1C (knowledge of 1C:Enterprise / UPP is a plus) and execute daily end-of-day closures
  • Perform balance reconciliations and track settlement accounts across assigned segments
  • Collect and structure data from diverse internal platforms to support smooth monthly financial closing periods
  • Draft straightforward technical requirements for 1C developers to automate, streamline, and optimize routine reconciliation workflows.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 1–2+ years in operational financial accounting, reconciliation management, or treasury operations (focused on cash flows rather than statutory tax/accounting filings)
  • Hands-on experience with 1C platforms (knowledge of 1C:UPP is an advantage; core understanding of 1C logic and structure is essential)
  • Confident use of Pivot Tables and complex formulas (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH) to rapidly parse and reconcile high-volume transaction datasets
  • Genuine comfort with routine, meticulous work involving dense financial figures and continuous transaction logs
  • Prior experience in FinTech, payment acquiring, PSP integrations, or multi-currency operations.
