Main Responsibilities

Time split: ~20% leadership and coordination, ~80% hands-on creative execution across three core streams: performance ads, product, and corporate communications.

  • Scale and maintain the company design system: build component libraries, scalable templates, and visual standards across all verticals.

  • Partner with stakeholders to capture business requirements, define quality standards, and prioritize the design backlog.

  • Conduct design reviews, mentor in-house designers and freelancers, and ensure top-notch delivery from external vendors.

  • Integrate and optimize design production workflows using generative AI tools.

  • Hands-on production of graphics and illustrations for social media, company websites, and internal assets.

  • Create high-converting ad banners and media assets (display ads, social media, paid media).

  • Motion design: create engaging animations for ad banners and promotional video content.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of graphic design experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity (Lead or Head of Design).

  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related visual arts field.

  • A diverse portfolio featuring design systems, brand identity, advertising campaigns, and corporate/HR collateral.

  • Expert command of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Flawless grasp of typography, layout, and color theory, with the ability to articulate and defend design rationale to stakeholders.

  • Proven track record in high-volume banner advertising and digital campaigns.

  • Practical experience leveraging generative AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate visual production.

  • Complete autonomy: ability to take ownership of projects from initial brief to final delivery without micromanagement.

What do we offer

  • High-impact business initiatives with ample room for professional autonomy and growth.

  • Full relocation package to Montenegro (covering flights, temporary accommodation, and full legal support/residency permits).

  • Comfortable, modern office setup in a Mediterranean climate with a high quality of life.

  • Competitive salary package with performance-based bonuses.

  • Comprehensive private health insurance (VHI) and corporate benefits for you and your family.
