Lead Influencer Marketing Manager

We're on the hunt for a Lead Influencer Marketing Manager for our client. We need a strong player-coach — someone who's stayed hands-on in influence marketing, hasn't lost touch with day-to-day creator negotiations, and knows how to lead a small team to deliver measurable ROI across international markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a compact in-house team of influencer managers — task distribution, workflow tracking, clear KPI setting, and performance reporting
  • Personally scout and contact creators (both directly and via agencies), lead commercial negotiations, and drive down CPM/CPA through data-backed bargaining
  • Develop high-converting briefs and technical specifications, review content drafts, and ensure full compliance with regional regulations, promotional frameworks, and out-of-the-box creative angles
  • Track and evaluate campaign efficiency end-to-end using multi-touch attribution, dashboards, and BI tools
  • Continuously audit competitor activities, uncover new conversion funnels, and test emerging market trends
  • Formulate and execute scalable user acquisition and placement optimization strategies across influencer channels globally.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, including proven, hands-on media buying track records
  • Proven work across global regions (SEA, Africa, LATAM, or Tier-1) with Fluent English (B2/C1+) for direct negotiations with creators and agencies
  • Solid background in FinTech or iGaming (deep understanding of niche compliance, moderation restrictions, and financial product positioning) is a strong plus
  • Proficiency with modern marketing analytics, attribution models, and dashboard reporting
  • Proven ability to manage substantial budgets and optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC/CPA) against core business targets
  • Ability to set clear KPIs, audit team output, mentor junior team members, and drive a culture of tangible results over mere activity.

What do we offer

  • On-site role in a scenic European location with great climate, full flight reimbursement, and comprehensive visa/relocation support.
  • Top-market base salary, premium health insurance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Large-scale international budgets, freedom to implement strategic initiatives, and zero corporate bureaucracy.
  • Modern, well-equipped office space surrounded by an ambitious, collaborative team of senior professionals.
