Senior Data Scientist

We're on the hunt for a Senior Data Scientist for our client. We need an analytically sharp practitioner — someone who's stayed hands-on with real-world ML modeling and code, hasn't lost touch with complex predictive algorithms, and knows how to extract actionable business value from raw data from the inside

Main Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data across internal systems; design and implement new analytical frameworks, metrics, and KPI tracking systems
  • Build, train, and deploy machine learning models for time-series forecasting, account balance predictions, user LTV estimation, and customer churn prevention
  • Perform advanced cohort clustering and user segmentation; develop custom scoring models and calculate precise Customer Lifetime (LT/LTV) projections
  • Forecast inbound support ticket volumes and model operational efficiency metrics to optimize workload distribution
  • Formulate and validate data-driven hypotheses using rigorous mathematical and statistical modeling to boost core commercial metrics.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative STEM field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics/Finance, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline)
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), Google BigQuery, version control with Git, and modern BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
  • Strong critical thinking, deep-dive problem solving, intellectual curiosity, and attention to mathematical precision
  • English B2 or higher (comfortable communicating technical insights across cross-functional international teams).
